Contains: Serving Suggestions COUER DU FILLET WITH PINK GRAPEFRUIT AND DILL (OR CHERVILE) For this dish you will need: 2 Pink Grapefruits, 200g Couer du Fillet, 1-2tbls Dill or Chervile, salt and pepper. METHOD * Peel and Segment the Grapefruit, Reserve the juice as you do this, (when peeling make sure you remove the pith from the Grapefruit or this will give it a bitter taste) . * Chop the Cherville or Dill * Add the salmon, herbs and seasoning together, dress carefully onto the plate and pour over the juices.
