Whisky cured Smoked Salmon

This is our company flagship, harvested from selected clear waters around Scotland and its Isles.
The salmon are chosen for quality and oil content.
Being done in a cure that has been passed down for three generations and is still beheld as a family secret today.

This is a lovely cure, to many the taste of Speyside. Malt Whisky gently being absorbed into the smoked salmon that also has been smoked over oak cask wood shavings from the distillery cooperage. Great in its own calibre.

Packed in either whole or sliced sides.
